Terms of Service - HostClub

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HostClub services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

HostClub provides web hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, and related services. Service availability is subject to our SLA of 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use our services for: illegal activities, sending spam, hosting malware, infringing intellectual property, hosting adult content without approval, or activities that degrade service performance for other customers.

5. Payment and Refunds

All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Domain registrations are non-refundable. Hosting plans are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases only.

6. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may cancel your account at any time through the control panel.

7. Limitation of Liability

HostClub's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
